On Saturday, August 6, 2022, the Oil of Establishment was released on the Altar of Reconciliation and Equality at Continental Park (4 Fenwick Road, Fort Monroe, VA). During that prophetic moment, the servant of the Lord declared repeatedly:
“God says, at the right time, I am going to give you a curriculum; a curriculum; a curriculum…”
This word marked the birth of PILLARS Bible-Based Institute, confirmed and established on December 15, 2022 under The Outgivers Ministries (TOMS), led by visionary Pastor Kwame Mukong.
Through prophetic guidance, the vision was entrusted to Min. Mildred Mukong, who serves as lead instructor.
We follow Christ’s pattern: “He is faithful over God’s house” (Hebrews 3:6). Our mandate is to lay strong spiritual foundations—beginning with the Lord’s Supper—and to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:11–13).
